
BRAD BOLDING, CSCS
"It is not my goal to just show people new and different ways to train and change their bodies - My goal is to use these tools to create a positive impact on ones lifestyle and view of bettering the human body in every way available to ones needs."
Brad Bolding, CSCS has spent most of his life competing as an athlete, along with exploring different ways to improve performance and conditioning for sport and everyday life. Brad earned his M.B.A. from Goldey-Beacom College and B.S. in Sports Management from The University of Delaware. Brad is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has worked with numerous teams and individual athletes within the Philadelphia area, ranging from high school to professional levels, along with countless hours spent on individual programming and personal training. Brad has worked in professional tennis and has overseen strength and speed programs of several high school sports teams here in Delaware. Currently, Brad is the director of Plexus at Nemours.

MARY HARRISON
"I love watching someone get their A-HA moment when they find they can run another mile, do another rep, hold a pose for another 10 seconds. This is why I became a personal trainer and this is why I work at Plexus."
Mary is committed to working with you from day one to day now. She takes your goals and your passions and makes them her own. She wants to help you achieve your very best and she is ready to take you to the next level.
From swimming competitively at age 6 to starting tennis at age 9, fitness has always been important to Mary. In high school when Mary got serious about tennis, she realized that to further her competitive goals she had to get fit. That training started in a small weight room and spurred a career in fitness. Graduating from University of Delaware in Fitness Management, Mary relocated to Charlotte, NC where she worked in a Cardiac Rehab facility helping patients recover from heart procedures. It was there that she realized her passion of working with people to prevent heart disease. This took her through the YMCA of Delaware and to the Wilmington Country Club where she has worked for the past 12 years helping people achieve their fitness goals.

TONY CLEMENS
Tony graduated from Kent State University earning a BS in Physical Education with a concentration in Human Movement Studies and a minor in Sports Management. Since graduating, Tony has spent 6 years in the fitness industry, most of which was in the corporate setting as a fitness specialist with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, where he helped run their onsite wellness center. During his time there, he worked with a variety of clients with varying fitness goals, such as sports performance, weight loss, and general overall strength and conditioning, making him well versed in many training methods.
When working with Tony, your sessions are sure to be filled with high energy, focusing on core strength and proper lifting technique. No matter what type of workout, Tony will keep you moving during your sessions leaving you with a feeling of achievement and pride.

COLIN DOBBINS
I believe that health and fitness should be incorporated into everyones daily life. I love working with many different people and helping them reach their goals whether it includes increasing strength, losing weight, or reducing stress. I enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle through strength training and good nutrition and strive to instill those beliefs in others.
Colin graduates from the University of Delaware in May 2010 with a BS in Health Behavior Science with a concentration in Fitness Management and a minor in Strength and Conditioning. He plans to continue at the University of Delaware, working towards a Masters Degree in Health Promotion. In addition, Colin is studying to obtain a certification as a Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine.

MIKE MCGRADY
Exercise is not a routine. I believe the key to effective, enjoyable workouts is keeping the body guessing and the mind engaged. Results breed enthusiasm which encourages people to make fun and fitness an integral part of their lives.
Mike McGrady dreamed of being an Exercise Physiologist all his life. From toddler through college, he has played sports such as football, basketball, baseball and track. He is currently the head coach for a Major Little League boys baseball team. Mike has been working as a personal trainer and exercise physiologist since 2002. He has an Associates Degree in Exercise Science and is currently working toward his PTA degree while studying for his ACSM and NSCA certification as well. Through the development and improvement of health care services and exercise physiology techniques, Mike is dedicated to impacting his clientele, one person at a time.

ROSS KLESZICS
My goal is to improve my clients quality of life through greater physical fitness, a more structurally sound diet, and stress reduction. I try to meet each clients needs and build upon their individual strengths. With a great attitude and the right motivation, I believe that people can surpass their previous set limitations mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Ross Kleszics believes that with the proper goal in mind and a positive attitude, success will be readily achieved. He likes to dig deep to find what a persons true goal is for themselves and sets them up with the right mindset to achieve that goal. He does this by incorporating weight training, cardiovascular training and nutritional tips into every session. His workouts will leave you feeling exhilarated and ready for more, along with at least one piece of advice you might use throughout the day.
Ross took his love for sports and fitness right into a collegiate career and major. While attending West Chester University he competed on the Track and Field team as a Decathlete and sprinter earning a conference title. After his track career was over he transferred to the University of Delaware where he earned his Bachelors degree in Nutrition. He currently holds his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and his future plans include additional university graduate work.

JOHNNY GILLESPIE, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, e-RYT

Johnny Gillespie, a dynamic and youthful teacher of health and fitness, founded Plexus in 1999 with the perspective that fitness was more than just exercise. He began his career in 1995 after graduating from West Virginia University School of Physical Education. He holds numerous certifications in the fitness field including the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
In 2002 he founded Empowered Yoga a subsidiary of Plexus which currently operates yoga centers in Wilmington , Newark and within the Hockessin Athletic Club. Johnny is a national presenter with the NSCA where he teaches the Balanced Athlete Program. He currently lives in West Chester with his wife Sara and their three children Jimmy, Leia and Liam.

JOHN MENDENHALL
"I truly believe that fitness is more than just training, it's therapy, motivating and organizing balance in all aspects of your life."
John Mendenhall is currently the Director of Johnny Fitness at Friess Associates. John started his career in fitness in 1994 and has thousands of hours of hands experience with people of all ages and physical capabilities. John loves designing dynamic exercise routines and then coaching those routines with enthusiasm. John is IFA (International Fitness Association) personal trainer certified and is currently studying for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) personal trainer certification.

L.PAPI AND BETH SANCHEZ
Zumba allows us to share our love of dance and fitness to wonderful Latin music, while having a great time.
L. Papi and Beth Sanchez have been dancing and singing since an early age. Beth began Latin dancing over five years ago, where she met her husband L. Papi, who also teaches Zumba. Together they have been in many performances across the tri-state area.

JOSH STIVELY, NSCA-CPT
"To me fitness and overall health is something we need to actively pursue. It takes commitment to attain your goals and dreams. I love helping people realize and reach this kind of thought process when it comes to their health. Never give into the aging process and accept that we are supposed to become less active as we age. Josh has been actively engaged in physical fitness since he was a young child, and since his teenage years has been analyzing human movement and the effect it has on overall fitness. He takes a functional approach to his training methods and strives to allow his clients to understand its importance. You can expect each session to leave you energized, educated and excited for the next one. Josh feels that education is the key ingredient to staying excited about exercise and obtaining results. He understands that you live a busy life and will make every minute of your workout effective and worthwhile.
Josh is a graduate of West Chester University where he received a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), holding a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) qualification. He has had the privilege of training people of every age group and skill level. His resume consists of national and international ice hockey teams, high school and collegiate softball, football, and basketball teams, and national champion martial arts organizations. He has also had the distinct honor of helping a high school athlete reach the national level of track and field competition as well as training a soccer superstar on the menfs national team.

SARA GILLESPIE
"I love to move my body and sweat. Fitness has got to be fun yet challenging! I believe the foods you put into your body play a huge role in creating the BEST YOU!"
Sara Gillespie will knock you over every workout with her gorgeous and contagious smile. She loves to combine many different exercise disciplines into a challenging and stimulating workout. The laughter can soften the intensity of her workouts which can be very tough.
Sara's love for human movement began at an early age of 4 when she began her youth career as a swimmer. Throughout her youth Sara excelled in swimming as well as on the track as a sprinter. She attended the University of Maryland on an athletic scholarship and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology, which is the study of human movement. Sara taught Physical Education for several years before joining Plexus. Sara is also passionate about yoga and has studied the Anusara method with Moses Brown and Kathleen Hogan.

MATT VAHEY, NSCA-CPT
"My life would not be complete without helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle; a fitness based lifestyle is the catalyst to a more fulfilling and happier life."
Matt Vahey joined Johnny Gillespie on his venture of starting up Johnny Fitness in 1999. Matt is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a 200-hour certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. Matt is also an avid mountain biker. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition coupled with an insatiable work ethic has helped him make his way up the ranks to placing in the top 3 at the semi-pro level.
Matt is known for his amazing attitude and empathetic nature. He prides himself on keeping up with new products, developments, and trends in the fitness and nutrition industries. Matt oversees the daily operations of all Plexus sites. He is all about teaching fitness for life; by helping you go after your objectives and keeping you focused through a good fitness and diet program.

KRIS BENARCIK, NSCA-CPT
"I remember the first time I was called an athlete and how powerful it made me feel. Helping others achieve what they are physically capable of and to realize they too have an inner athlete, makes exercise become something enjoyable and welcomed."
Kris believes in making the most of your training time so you might be combining free weight and stability ball work, cardio and plyometrics, or stretching and yoga-based exercises to achieve your personalized goals. She likes to change things up from workout to workout to prevent boredom and burnout. Each workout will help make you stronger, keep you challenged and give you functional power.
After 20 years in public horticulture, Kris felt drawn to the exercise profession. She's a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute and a Master's rower who competes at both local and national levels.

MICHELLE DORAK, ACSM-HFI
"Creating a balance between mind, body, & spirit is the key to a healthy lifestyle.?I love helping people feel great whether it be after a workout, or seeing results over time.?Watching this positive energy flow from the body to the mind & spirit is what motivates me."
Michelle has been evolved with exercise and fitness since she was young.?In grade school she was under the direction of a basketball coach who led with enthusiasm, encouragement, and passion. This approach has stuck with Michelle ever since making every workout with her invigorating and energetic.
Michelle graduated from Salisbury University with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Art.?She holds the ACSM-HFI certification and is currently studying to be a yoga teacher.?She participates and volunteers annually in many charity 5K runs throughout Delaware.?/p>

MAGGIE GIDDENS
"Movement is the medicine for creating change within a person's wellbeing. I feel physical fitness is vital to achieving and maintaining a healthy mind and body. ?y goal as a personal trainer is to help others feel the positive and energized results achievable through living a fitness conscious lifestyle."
While completing her bachelors of Science and Kinesiology degree at Michigan State University, Maggie, was a member of the Spartans' field hockey program competing in two NCAA Division I Final Fours and two Big Ten Championship seasons. During her time in Michigan, while training as a student-athlete she also interned in the varsity weight program gaining valuable experience in training and developing fitness programs.
Following completion of her undergraduate degree at MSU, Maggie continued her studies at Miami University (OH) earning her Master's degree in Sport Behavior and Performance.?For two seasons coinciding with her graduate work, Maggie was a member of the Miami University field hockey coaching staff.?Maggie brings a wealth of experience to Plexus from both a mental and physical standpoint.

DAN DALY, CSCS
"Plexus fosters a dynamic working environment unique to the industry, allowing its employees the freedom and creativity to help their clients reach their full potential. I get tremendous satisfaction in helping others realize this potential."
Dan leads by example with his personal standards and a firm disposition that commands the best out of others. Dan realized at an early age his aptitude for athletics. Earning a swimming scholarship to Fordham University, he began narrowing his academic focus to exercise physiology and the study of human movement. Shortly after, he made the move to help him realize his own potential by transferring to West Chester University.
It was here that he earned the honors of both athletic All-American and a degree in Kinesiology. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA with an extensive background in sport-specific training. Through his successes he strives to bridge the gap between his theoretical knowledge and the practical application of sport and fitness. His philosophy for training movements not muscles, improves not only a persons exterior, but a deeper quality of life, which he believes lies at the forefront of the health movement of this century.
